The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:? Optimise and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.? Ensure regulatory compliance in a highly controlled manufacturing environment.? Implement automation and lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.? Work cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.? Lead troubleshooting efforts to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.? Support capital investment projects, introducing new equipment and cutting-edge technology.

What We’re Looking For

? Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace).? Strong knowledge of process optimisation, lean manufacturing, and automation.? A problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on compliance and quality.? Ability to work effectively within a large engineering team.? A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
