My client is a leader in fibre optic, photonic, and modular system technology. Looking for a proactive engineer with strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and CoPQ. You'll drive process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and seamless product transitions from NPI to full-scale production, enhancing production yields, cycle times, and root cause analysis while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Job - You'll act as the subject matter expert for fibre optic, photonic, and modular system manufacturing, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of NPI/NPD projects. You'll champion LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives, support employee training and development, and assist with engineering change control and product configuration management.
