JOB TITLE: Project Assistant

LOCATION: Exeter, hybrid model, 1 or 2 days WFH

SALARY:£26,000-£28,000 DOE

HOURS:?Monday to Friday, 08:30-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch

THE ROLE: As a Project Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative and sales functions, helping ensure the team meets utilisation and sales targets. Reporting to the Project Director you will work as part of a dedicated team to help drive the success of multiple projects in a dynamic work environment that enables you to grow and develop by working with a range of clients! This is a role where you can grow and have a successful career within this Financial sector.

Duties include:

  • Setting up projects and producing timelines/kick-off packs
  • Booking and allocating the team's time effectively across designated projects
  • Monitoring budgets to keep everything on track and providing updates to the technical lead
  • Assisting in the management of the team's capacity and workload
  • Preparing client proposals and sending document requests as approved
  • Generating weekly reports and compiling information for the senior team
  • Managing in-house project portals to ensure tasks are current and accessible

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Experienced administrator ideally that have worked on projects or complex tasks from start to finish
  • Inquisitive and eager to learn, ready to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
  • Skilled in effective time management
  • Able to prioritise a busy and changing work load
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in fast paced environment
