Involve recruitment are in search for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations at our clients construction site. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, safety meetings, and material deliveries.
Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Apestos awareness & NVQ Level 6 black card (prefered not required)
- Proven experience in managing construction sites and overseeing building projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards project goals.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
