Experienced Site Manager needed for a project in Exeter.
My client is a specialist contractor, constructing and refurbishing steel frame buildings, roofing and wall cladding across a number of sectors.
Start date: end of March
Site Locations: Exeter
Expected duration: 5 months
Key Duties:
- Managing daily site operations efficiently and effectively.
- Carrying out work in accordance with the project specific practices
- Working closely with all stake holders including: Project Management; Client; and Sub-contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent people and time management skills
- IT literate, emails, reports, H&S etc
- SMSTS & First Aid
- Black CSCS card
