We are looking for an experienced site manager to join a prestigious project in Exeter to oversee the external works on a new build apartment block
You will be responsible for managing the external packages and sub-contractors including Bricklayers, Groundworkers, Fabricators, Roofers and assist in delivering the project on time in line with budget and program
You will report directly to the senior site manager and will be expected to have a can-do attitude with a 'boots on the ground' approach to your daily work.
Must have similar experienceworking on new builds and overseeing sub-contractor works.
SMSTS / First Aid & CSCS required
