Job: Site Manager
Location: Exeter

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to further develop your career?
Do you have experience with volume newbuild housing projects?
Are you based in Exeter and or surrounding areas?
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of trade operatives and sub-contractors
- Responsible for the efficient use of resources and that Job planning, appointments, resource allocation, materials, plant and equipment are effectively utilised and constantly improved in line with the service delivery targets
- Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager
- Provide an organised approach to project planning; include health and safety, execution methods and quality
- Deliver project and weekly programme information, KPI's and feedback into both monitoring and reporting systems
- Ensure project direction, focus and consistency throughout the projects and team
What do we need from you:
- Experience in working on high value newbuild schemes
- Experience and relevant knowledge of building legislation and building and construction projects
- Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Up to date relevant knowledge and experience of Health and Safety legislation
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificate
