- Site Manager in Exeter or Plymouth. This is a temp to perm role, mainly managing a housing client's planned maintenance contract.
- A Working Supervisor in Launceston. Operating in occupied homes, the contractor is in need of an experienced Supervisor who is also quite multi skilled with the ability to carry out different planned maintenance, supporting the specialist teams carrying out the works outlined above. Knowledge and experience of retrofit is preferred. Working on multiple sites, liaising with the customer to manage expectations, being of point of escalation and contact as well as the liaison between the contractor and the customer to ensure a smooth running of each contract from inception to completion. Surveying properties pre contract and post, prior to property hand over. This is a very customer focused role. The role offers a company van, fuel card and genuine security as well as longevity.
- Site Supervisor - This will be a temporary to permanent role. They manage a large planned maintenance contract, roofing repairs in occupied homes on behalf of their end clients, which are predominantly Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
The company would like to appoint a Site Manager, with the ability to manage multiple sites. The works will roofing repairs in occupied homes in 4 properties open at 1 time. The candidate must hold an SMSTS and 1st aid
