Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Exeter
Hours:Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week; Mon-Fri[Office based with occasional travel]
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in Exeter. You will support a variety of marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility, boost customer engagement and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, social media and print channels
Create content for the website, social media and email marketing
Conduct market research and analyze trends and competitors.
Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities
Film and edit video content for social media
Maintain content calendars and suggest creative ideas
Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools
Collaborate on producing marketing materials and assist with event organization
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
Experience in filming and editing social media video content
Comfortable appearing on camera for video content creation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous marketing experience or a relevant qualification is a plus
Full UK driving licence
