Location: Exeter (Office-based with very occasional travel)
Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

No previous experience required.This role is all about learning, growing and gaining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation for our website, email campaigns and social media platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer needs
• Assist in filming video content for social media platforms andgrow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Maintain the content diary for our brand ambassadors, offering creative ideas for them to generate engaging content
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to create marketing materials
• Assist with event planning and attend promotional events (occasional travel required)
• Provide general administrative support

Ideal candidate:

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok)
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva)
• Experience using design software e.g. Canva and/or Adobe creative suite
• Interest in cars and the automotive industry
• Full UK driving license
