A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of healthcare and retail sites across Exeter and surroundings.
Your new role
As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs.
- General building services duties as and when required.
- Monday - Friday role working 40 hours per week.
- 1 in 8 call out - paid at £150 standby.
- Vehicle with a fuel card, personal use on the vehicle can be included.
- Paid 30 minutes travel time.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of AC Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
- Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS and NVQ Level 2/3 in AC and Refrigeration.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
