Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Improver looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will lead the hard services of the contract. 

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Air Conditioning Improver to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of retail sites across Exeter and surroundings.  

Your new role
As the Air Conditioning Improver, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

  • Working on a wide range of Air Conditioning equipment from split systems to VRV/VRF providing initial PPM works whilst learning more in service / reactive.
  • Have excellent customer facing communication skills.
  • Have good written communication skills.
  • Be able to complete required paperwork and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will be shadowing other AC Engineers on site making sure all duties have been met.
  • Monday - Friday role working 40 hours per week.  
  • 1 in 8 call out - paid at £150 standby.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of AC Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
  • Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs.
  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
