Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will lead the hard services of the contract. 

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of healthcare and retail sites across Exeter and surroundings.  

Your new role
As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

  • Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs.
  • General building services duties as and when required.
  • Monday - Friday role working 40 hours per week.  
  • 1 in 8 call out - paid at £150 standby.
  • Vehicle with a fuel card, personal use on the vehicle can be included. 
  • Paid 30 minutes travel time. 

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of AC Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
  • Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS and NVQ Level 3 in AC and Refrigeration.
  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
