Responsibilities:
To provide efficient and effective on site repairs to client's refrigeration and air conditioning
systems, and to offer a high level of customer service at all times this will be achieved by
including (but not restricted to) the following:

Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting company identification
Carry out maintenance or repair cost effectively on client systems
Provide advise and technical support to the client
Compile clear and concise job reports
Provide liaison between the client and Flowrite Services Office when required
Working to agreed SLAs
Work safely and assess the nature of each task, ensuring your own safety, and that of
others who may be affected by your operations
Report any issues on site straight away to your regional supervisor, or operations
manager
Provide feedback to operations manager if you identify areas the company can improve
on efficiency and service

20 days annual leave per annum, rising 1 day per year after 3 years service, to amaximum of 25

Normal Working Hours: 08:00 17:00
Rest time on call in line with guidance (11 hours)
Standby allowance of £125.00 per week on a rota basis
