- Preparing technical drawings and specifications

- Contributing to risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Maintaining and enhancing client relationships
Job Requirements:
- Experience in highway design and engineering
- Strong understanding of highway construction principles and methodologies
- Proficient in using highway design software and tools
- Ability to produce detailed technical reports and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Ability to attend the Exeter office 2x per week
