Graduate Medical Sales Representative

Evolve is excited to partner with an innovative leader in the Medical Device industry to expand their dynamic sales team! This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in medical sales.

Our client is building a brand-new UK team of Graduate Medical Sales Representatives to promote, educate, and support Nurses across Devon & surrounding areas, focusing on their industry-leading Urology & Continence Care portfolio, as well as their home delivery service.

In this role, you will work closely with NHS Trusts to ensure a smooth and safe transition for patients moving from hospital care to the community.

In recognition of your dedication and hard work, you'll receive competitive starting salary of £25,000 to £30,000, a generous bonus scheme, company car, and a pension.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representatives

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
• Emotionally intelligent, confident, and can use initiative.
• Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
• Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
• Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representatives

• Building excellent customer relationships and sell the product and service to NHS and private healthcare customers.
• Deliver and exceed agreed New Consumer Registrations.
• Provide support at the point of care for patients being discharged home.
• Train the clinical staff on the best practices for safe discharge with the home delivery service, whilst managing a medical device.
• Deliver effective training on supporting 'discharge packs’, products, and the appliances to healthcare professionals.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the transition process between Secondary Care and Primary Care within the NHS, and how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates.
• Support partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of 'hospital to home’ discharge products for use in the community provided through our home delivery service.
• Support partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance.
