A world renowned construction and engineering consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Exeter team.
The Assistant Building Surveyors' role
The Assistant Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, working across a myriad of sectors including government, commercial and residential.
This role presents the successful Assistant Building Surveyor with the opportunity to work within an internationally renowned design and engineering consultancy, working on a variety of projects across the South West, ensuring the perfect environment for career development.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will also have the chance to provide a variety of professional services such as dilapidations, party wall, defect analysis, condition surveys, TDD and PPM.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will ideally have at least 18 months of consultancy experience behind them.
- An enthusiastic and driven individual with ambition to develop
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- Both project and professional experience is ideal
