This role within their Marketing & Client Development team would suit someone with a passion for crafting compelling business narratives and developing winning proposals.

Bid Executive Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth running of the tendering process
  • Work alongside the Senior Bid Manager on Invitation to Tenders
  • Develop compelling client proposal documents
  • Maintain and update bid materials and resources
  • Create persuasive customer-facing documentation
  • Support fee earners' business development activities
  • Drive business growth through effective bid management
Bid Executive Requirements:
  • A background in bids/tenders OR corporate marketing with focus on B2B content
  • OR a degree in English/History (or other academic subject) with 1-2 years' professional experience
  • Passion for crafting compelling written content
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to match brand values
  • Experience in business proposals and presentations (advantageous)
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Excellence in creative writing and grammar
  • Ability to commute their Exeter office weekly
  • Professional approach to confidentiality
  • Self-starting attitude with both independent and team working abilities
