CMA HR Division are assisting a reputable values driven business based in Exeter, Devon to recruit a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Group Head of HR the role will provide support with the development and delivery of the HR strategy with specific focus on supporting the change and transformation programmes across the group.

What will the HR Business Partner role involve?

  • Take a key role within the HR team to develop the HR function and the service it provides to the business
  • Understand and interpret HR needs in each department and provide advice from a commercial perspective
  • Take responsibility for the employee relations, resourcing, learning and development, reward and engagement for a specific business unit
  • Work with the Group HR team and stakeholders on various projects at Group level
  • Management reporting and budgeting

Suitable Candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a generalist role
  • A credible individual who can influence stakeholders across the business
  • Ideally from a professional services background
  • CIPD qualified (not essential)
