My Client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-month contract based in Devon, ideally SC Cleared.
The position offers a salary of £450 per day, operating inside IR35 via an Umbrella company.
Candidates should be CIPD certified and possess knowledge of Information Management, particularly regarding data protection and GDPR.
The role involves creating and delivering HR programs, coaching senior managers, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
This hybrid position requires meetings on-site approximately once a month and aims to enhance the business's culture and performance.

My Client is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month contract based in Devon. (Ideally SC Cleared)

Skills/Experience

CIPD certified
Knowledge and Information Management especially around data protection/GDPR/responsible for information

Diversity and inclusion
Creating and delivering HR programmes and leading successful implementation to ensure the business has the culture, capacity and agility to meet current and future challenges.
Coach, mentor and guide senior managers to build capability, resilience and performance in people/talent management to enable delivery of business results.
Applying knowledge of business requirements, analytics, current trends and HR best practice to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to shape strategy and improve performance.
Building effective stakeholder relationships within the business, wider HR, and external stakeholders such as Trade Unions
