My Client is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month contract based in Devon. (Ideally SC Cleared)

Skills/Experience

  • CIPD certified
  • Knowledge and Information Management especially around data protection/GDPR/responsible for information

    Diversity and inclusion

  • Creating and delivering HR programmes and leading successful implementation to ensure the business has the culture, capacity and agility to meet current and future challenges.

  • Coach, mentor and guide senior managers to build capability, resilience and performance in people/talent management to enable delivery of business results.

  • Applying knowledge of business requirements, analytics, current trends and HR best practice to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to shape strategy and improve performance.

  • Building effective stakeholder relationships within the business, wider HR, and external stakeholders such as Trade Unions
