What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operating on the production line, including making, pressing, turning, and cleaning dairy products.
  • Assisting across various areas such as by-products, storage, and packing.
  • Supporting operations with occasional forklift truck driving (training can be provided if needed).
  • Communicating effectively with team members to address and resolve production issues, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Adapting to new tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Previous experience in a dairy or food production environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and heavy lifting.
