With multiple major advertising contracts under our belt and exciting growth plans on the horizon, Webrecruit is positioned for continued success.The benefits- Holiday buying scheme - Workplace Pension - Remote workingThe role:- Interpret client materials (job descriptions, person specifications, company literature) to craft job ads that meet campaign objectives- Conduct briefing calls with clients to gather insights for creating job advertisements that hit the mark- Use AI tools and proprietary techniques to create engaging job ads, incorporating role activities, client details, and key selling points- Liaise with clients via phone and email to gather feedback and make revisions- Carry out applicant filtering- Perform database searches using Boolean and other methods to find suitable candidates- Handle inbound telephone calls and provide excellent customer service, responding to candidate and client queries professionally- Support candidates with application issues and update them on their application status- Contribute to marketing collateral such as blog posts and social media content- Create short-form copy for social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn- Support with other media formats, including Spotify and video scriptsAbout youEssential: - Fluent in spoken English with the ability to write to a very high standard- Experience in recruitment (Resourcer, Administrator, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles)- The ability to take job briefs and translate them into effective job advertisements- Exceptional attention to detailDesirable: - Experience working in a B2B environment- Familiarity with AI tools for creating copy (e.g., Chat GPT, Jasper AI)- The ability to speak and write in WelshJoin us and bring your expertise in recruitment and content creation to help shape successful advertising campaigns for our clients!This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact while collaborating with talented professionals.
