Teachers! There is a high demand for all types of teachers in Exeter and the surrounding area, from EYFS to Secondary. Each working day will be different, due to teaching different subjects and year groups, but every day will start at 8:15 and finish at 3:30, no planning, no marking and no admin!
As a supply teacher you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various academic levels. You will step in for teachers, ensuring that the lesson plans, aims and objectives have been fully met and the students receive the best education possible.
The key aspects of your role involve:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Classroom management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Understanding and following the lesson plan to best of your ability
To be successful you will need:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â QTS, QTLS or equivalent
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Previous experience teaching in education, please note ECTs are very welcome to apply!
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent classroom management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Able to work well under pressure, and handle situations when they unfold in the classroom
