As a transport administrator you will be providing a link between customer and company in order to satisfy queries & resolve problems.
This is a temporary position Monday to Friday 1400-2200. Please note that your hours could vary if needed by the business. Own transport will be an advantage due to location and working hours.
Your duties will involve:
- responding to customer queries
- building good working relationships with company's customer base
- maintain customer's accounts and update when needed
- use of in-house IT systems relevant to your role (Full training given)
- process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
- other Ad Hoc warehouse duties as required
Pay rate £12.72 p/h
