About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established facilities management company, covering Exeter and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems across a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance and high standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas boilers, heating systems, and appliances.
Diagnose and repair faults on gas systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Carry out gas safety inspections, tests, and certifications in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide excellent service and support to clients across a range of commercial sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail environments.
Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards and gas compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
Previous experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector.
Strong understanding of gas safety and compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
Full UK driving licence.
