Job Title: Gas Installation Engineer
Location: Exeter & Surrounding Areas, UK
Salary: 38,500 basic per annum plus OTE up to 50,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Gas Engineer to join a leading social housing provider based in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on domestic properties in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systems
- Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
- Completion of all relevant paperwork
- Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
- Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime and call out
- Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
- Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
- Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
- Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent formal training in the relevant craft qualification.
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
- Full driving license.
- Strong understanding of gas legislation, health & safety, and industry best practices.
