Evolve is supporting a growing independent pharmacy with the recruitment of a Pharmacist to join their dynamic team in Exeter on Saturdays (9am to 5:30pm).
This is a permanent role where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering first-class clinical services, running the travel clinic, and maintaining the smooth running of the busy pharmacy which dispenses around 11,000 items per month.
This is a great chance to join a well-run pharmacy that can provide various training opportunities including travel vaccinations, and any routine training to keep accreditations up to date.
Salary ranges from £25 to £35 per hour DOE, plus a bonus scheme (based on services), pension, employee discounts and more!
Ideal Requirement for the Pharmacist
- GPhC registered Pharmacist with some post-registration experience.
- Must have the Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Competent and accredited to provide all NHS vaccinations and services.
- Experience of aesthetics would be preferred but not essential.
- GP Practice experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist
- Deliver all clinical services offered by our client, including travel, flu and covid vaccinations, Ear Wax Microsuction, Blood Pressure Checks, NMS, Injectable weight loss, NHS IP Pathfinder.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare providers around patient ear health.
- Provide counselling to patients regarding their medications, including usage, side effects, and storage.
