Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join their medicines optimisation clinical services team in Exeter paying £20 per hour DOE. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic Pharmacy department. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality, safe, and effective pharmacy services. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the timely supply of medicines, utilisation of patients' own medicines, and medicines adherence training. This position offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth through exposure to diverse departmental activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused care and ensure a timely supply of medicines
  • Participate in medicines management, ward top-up, and ward-based dispensing
  • Provide dispensary-based patient services to inpatients and outpatients, including clinical trials
  • Assist in the utilisation of patients' own medicines and deliver medicines adherence training
Requirements
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
