Location: Field-based in Exeter and Taunton, covering EX and TA postcodes.
Salary: £24,960 - £34,536 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plumber to join our team, working with Mitie clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting and repairing commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
- Conducting pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
- Providing top-notch service, answering client queries, and reporting defects.
- Keeping clients informed during service visits.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to work procedures, and safe working systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform job duties.
- Background in Maintenance/Facilities Management or similar. (Desirable)
- C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent/technical diploma.
- Valid driving licence.
