What will you do? Â
You will advise individuals on broad private client matters to include:
- Probate & Estate Administration
- Wills
- Trusts
- Estate planning
- Power of Attorney matters
- Tax &Â IHT
What will you need?Â
- To be a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
- (You can be entirely unqualified, or perhaps part-way through a formal qualification)
- At least 2 years’ experience running your own (basic) private client caseload
