What will you do?

You will advise individuals on broad private client matters to include:

Probate & Estate Administration
Wills
Trusts
Estate planning
Power of Attorney matters
Tax & IHT

What will you need?

To be a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
(You can be entirely unqualified, or perhaps part-way through a formal qualification)
At least 2 years’ experience running your own (basic) private client caseload
