Tank are recruiting for a Portfolio Manager/ Project Coordinator on a permanent basis in exeter.
Overview
First point of contact for clients and provide high levels of customer service. Be responsible for managing the clients expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company deliver on all aspects of their contracts.
- Primary point of contact for clients
- Liaising with the wider team about performance of companies assets
- Development, submission and closing of proposals to optimise performance
- Asset monitoring to support the Service Delivery requirements.
- On call duty in support of Service Delivery rota
- Contract budget and profitability responsibility.
Specification:
- Previous experience in client/customer relations
- Previous experience in Admin/ Project roles
