We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client based in Exeter. Your main responsibility will be to assist the Senior Project Coordinator in fulfilling Project Management Duties.
Our client is a reputable and well thought of business based in Exeter. They are an independent professional construction consultancy providing a range of specialist services.
In this role you will be expected to call residents to arrange inspections and remedials. You will be also assisting with filling Inspectors diaries, managing own client programmes, recording and reporting on the status of the works. You will be issuing schedules to developers / contractors, liaising / working closely with clients to book in appointments with difficult residents. This job is varied and you will be also assisting other teams within the business as and when required.

- Experience in a customer facing role
- Good command of written English
- Good Excel/Word skills
- Flexibility
- Able to work in a calm and methodical manner
- Proven organisational ability
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maths/English GCSE grade c and above
- Ability to work under pressure.
Package:
- Hours of work 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday
- £23k - £25k starting salary DOE
- Company Pension
