Job Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion up to the value of c. 10m
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop and oversee your site teams including site managers, quantity surveyors etc
