Job Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion up to the value of c. 10m
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and oversee your site teams including site managers, quantity surveyors etc
