Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager, from a consultancy background, who is ready to lead the delivery of cutting-edge distribution hubs? Or to manage packages on said projects? Our client is looking for two career driven project managers to manage the construction of several high-performance distribution hubs that will be pivotal to the future of logistics and supply chain operations for a multi-national client.

About the Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be working with a corporate client to oversee and deliver their distributions hubs within the South West of England. Said client has ample built assets that will require either retrofitting, partial rebuilds/new build extensions right through to delivering a whole new site from breaking ground to handover.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally from a consultancy background.
  • Experience within the industrial & logistics/warehouse sectors
  • Delivered projects from RIBA 1 to 7
  • MRICS/MCIOB is welcomed but not essential
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., APM) are a plus
