Do you have previous project manager experience and able to hit the ground running with a highly innovative organisation? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Project Manager. As a key member of the Delivery Team, you will play a vital role in project managing a subset of projects and providing administrative and sales support.

JOB TITLE: Project Manager 12 month contract

LOCATION: Exeter, hybrid model

SALARY:40,000

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 08:30-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch

THE ROLE: As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role, holding responsibility for project managing across a range of sub-set projects. In addition, you will also provide administrative and sales support across the team to ensure targets are met. This role will give you the opportunity to grow and develop your existing expertise by working with a broad range of clients and job types.

Duties include:

  • Develop case plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate risk mapping exercises.
  • Facilitate smooth project progress across teams.
  • Conduct case reviews and track budget accountability.
  • Assist in drafting non-standard pricing and proposals.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • Microsoft experience especially Excel and Powerpoint are essential
  • Proactively create project plans and adapt as needed.
  • Efficiently set up internal project requirements.
  • Be able to communicate confidently with clients on project activities and timelines.
  • Drive sales activities and contribute to client proposals under the guidance of the Manager.
  • Ideally but not essential be able to exhibit technical expertise and knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Foster teamwork and professionalism.
