gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a specialist construction company. The area covered is Devon/Cornwall/South.
You will be working for a company who are the principal installer of composite panels within the manufacturing industry. Designing, supplying, and installing cost effective solutions to high standards.
As a Project Manager your job will include:
- Maintain and develop the business with existing and new clients (99% of their business is repeat)
- Lead construction projects from concept to completion
- To oversee projects from £100 to £1 million plus
- Manage and coordinate a small workforce and subcontractors
- Ability to estimate projects
- Maintain working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Be able to work on your own from a home environment
- Strong IT and literacy skills
- Â Reporting directly into the MD
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- £55,000 + car + fuel card
- 5 weeks holiday
- Home working (on site when needed)
- Salary paid weekly
