Our client, is a leading main contractor renowned for delivering outstanding construction projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a new hotel development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and skilled professional with a proven track record in hotel construction to take on a pivotal role. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end management of the hotel construction project.
* Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure targets are met.
* Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
* Demonstrable experience managing hotel, hospital, care home (or similar) construction projects (minimum 3 years).
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a focus on delivery.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and team coordination.
* Proficiency in project management software and construction tools.
* Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
