On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company, who have provided logistical support for events in the sports, art and corporate sectors for over 20 years. The company moves exhibits around the globe to international events, and are looking for a project coordinator to join their growing team.
In this varied role you will play a key part in supporting the project managers by communicating with clients both from the office and at events, liaising worldwide agents, and assisting at international exhibitions.
The Role:
- Liaising with clients from the office and at events
- Assisting in setting up exhibitions at international events - this will require some manual labour
- Managing cost-efficient transportation
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Providing administrative support to project managers
The Person:
- Experience in a logistics or exhibition environment is desired but not essential
