- Ideally qualified with a recognises RICS degree or relevant degree associated with real estate, land, property or town planning.
- Impressive track record of securing sites on behalf a housing developer/s
- Experience and knowledge of supporting successful planning applications both submitted and negotiated
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong connections and contacts in the south west region, preferably Exeter to Somerset
- Detailed knowledge of legislation relating to the land acquisition process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven, motivated and determined work ethic
