Technical Co-Ordinator

Sphere Solutions is looking to recruit a Technical Co-Ordinator for an award-winning Developer in Exeter. If you have experience working within house building or practice and enjoy the co-ordination of technical / design information, please read on.
The role will be varied, and you will be tasked with coordinating key design information and working drawing packages to enable the development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical information, both architectural and engineering
- Oversee the NHBC/LABC/Building Regulations applications to approval
- Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved planning scheme, and ensure timely discharge of planning conditions
Suitable candidates:
- Experience of working within a housing developer or technical department
- HND/ONC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of technical services on site acquisition and developments
- Excellent communicator, with high attention to detail
- Full driving license
Offering agile working, a mix of both office, home and site.
