Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements and reports.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive planning appraisals.
Key Skills:
- MRTPI qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in planning, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
