Overview:

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team on a number of exciting projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to further progress your career, with the chance to join a market leading organisation in the construction space.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Surveyor
  • Administration of subcontract works packages
  • Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
  • Provide information to the commercial team

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a regional contractor / developer as the Assistant Surveyor
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to undertake training and development to further progress your career
