Projects include D&B new builds and refurbishments for clients in education, residential, conservation, and defence sectors, up to 2 million! Your Chartered Building Surveyor responsibilities involve project management and professional duties. You will be expected to liaise with clients, undertake contract administration, use specialist software like AutoCAD, prepare tenures, conduct professional building surveys, and mentor juniors.
