We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to join our dynamic team in the residential construction sector. Based in Newton Abbot, you will oversee high-quality housing projects across Plymouth, Exeter, and Taunton areas, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor on-site work, ensuring quality control
• Liaise with contractors and project managers
• Ensure health & safety and compliance with construction standards
• Prepare detailed site reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential construction
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
