They are in need of an experienced Quantity Surveyor with sound knowledge of the commercial process to assist the team with a series of refurbishment contracts across the Mid and South Devon areas. Working on payment applications, variations and sub-contractor payments on schemes to £2m, the successful candidate will be liaising with the operations teams and supply chain whilst reporting into the Commercial Manager. In addition to previous experience gained within a main contracting business specifically engaged on refurbishment works, you should have sound communication and negotiation skills, together with a strong commercial acumen.
