Senior Quantity Surveyor

£65,000-£67,000 & Car Allowance
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyorto join a contractor with a presence across the region and further afield, working on build & civils projects.
NEC and JCT forms of contract experience is not essential but highly preferred.
Some projects are not local to Devon and will require some travel and the occasional over night stay.
Your day to day will include:
- Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts.
- Preparation of monthly cost / value reports
- Production of commercial reports
- Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors
- Sub-contractor procurement
- Valuations
- Invoicing and final accounts
Who are we looking for?
- Must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a contractor, within Civils or Build.
- Must have confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
- You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
