- Identify any main contract derogations and notify the Commercial Lead
- Provide accurate and timely updates on package summary sheets
- Produce cash and turnover forecasts per package
- Take overall responsibility for external, internal, and package risk and opportunity schedules
- To support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise
- Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents as required, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Implement policies for risk management
- Prepare Subcontract Final Accounts for review and sign-off
- Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports
- Value works executed by Sub-Contractors
- Certify interim and final payments
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in senior commercial role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes
- In depth knowledge of contract administration, risk management, and valuation processes
- Proficiency in using Excel and project management tools
- Relevant driving licence
