Our client, a prestigious independent estate agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join the team on a full-time basis in their beautiful city centre Exeter office with on target earnings up to £35,000. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading team with a super reputation as an employer in the South West area.
The successful candidate will be polished, well-organised and able to work diligently as part of a motivated residential property team, possessing excellent communication, literacy and IT skills. You will also be part of an office with a very close-knit team with lots of extracurricular activities, some work related and some more social.
This is an exciting role which will involve a variety of front-line property sales responsibilities, including all aspects of client and customer contact, property viewings, negotiation and sales progression, whilst offering long term career progression.
They are looking for an experienced sales negotiator who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and high earning potential for the right person.

On target earnings will be in the region of £28- 35,000 to include basic salary of £23-25,000 and commission depending on level of experience. The role will involve working some Saturdays on a rota basis. A full driving licence and the use of your own car is essential. but the role will include a mileage allowance for business miles.
