We are excited to be recruiting for a Property Administrator on behalf of a well-established property company with a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets. The Opportunity:

As a Property Administrator, you will work closely with the Head of Asset Management to support the efficient management of the company's diverse property portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across both commercial and residential properties, handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining property schedules and providing accurate reports
  • Managing supplier and agent relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Tracking insurance documentation and ensuring timely payments
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents, contractors, and accountants to support property transactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents for Board Meetings and company reports
  • Engaging with local authorities to manage business rates and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Coordinating energy utility contracts and ensuring billing accuracy
  • Overseeing property maintenance, refurbishment coordination, and compliance management

Your role will also involve keeping track of vacant properties, liaising with managing and letting agents, and regularly reporting back to the Head of Asset Management. Strong office administration skills, including managing paperwork, schedules, and handling calls, will be crucial to your daily responsibilities.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in property management or administration
  • Experience working with both commercial and residential properties
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Teams
